We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing, integrative medical practice. Working alongside a leading cardiologist, you’ll be part of a dynamic, compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care through natural and integrative therapies. Key Responsibilities: Float between front and back office, assisting with both administrative and clinical duties Provide support to patients and medical team while ensuring smooth office operations Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and medical records Handle scheduling, phone calls, and patient communication with professionalism Maintain and ensure the accuracy of patient information in electronic medical records Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for patient care Flexibility with schedule and willingness to learn new skills A heart for natural and integrative therapies is a must!
