Mid Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities We are looking for an autonomous Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to own feature development from start to finish. You will design functional backend APIs, build responsive interfaces, and ensure application stability. The ideal candidate works well with minimal supervision and collaborates directly with product teams. Feature Ownership: Develop and deploy end-to-end features independently API Development: Design and integrate robust RESTful or GraphQL APIs Database Management: Build, modify, and optimize database schemas and queries Code Quality: Write comprehensive automated tests (unit and integration tests) Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect code Requirements Experience: 2-5 years of professional software development experience Core Tech: Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and back-end runtimes Database Mastery: Experience managing relational (PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases Cloud & DevOps: Competency with CI/CD pipelines and cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, Heroku) Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex systems across the entire stack Experience with authentication technologies such as Okta, Entra, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect Java/Spring Boot is strong plus Some UI/frontend exposure is nice to have, but not core Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
