$20.00 – $22.75/hour | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on care while promoting residents’ dignity and independence
• Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities and monitor resident well-being
• Help create a warm, engaging, and safe community environment

What You’ll Need:

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach
• New grads welcome—experience in senior living is a plus
