We have 7 communities in three states including NY, OH, and PA.Position SummaryThe Personal Care Aide (PCA) is responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living to assigned residents in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as our community's established policies and procedures.Essential FunctionsAssist residents with all activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eatingObserve residents' conditions, and report changes to supervisorAnswer residents' call lights in a timely fashionProvide residents with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bedPrepare, serve, and collect meal traysClean rooms and change linensDeliver messages, documents to residents or staffAnswer phones and direct visitorsAdhere to confidentiality policy regarding information concerning residents and employQualificationsHigh School Graduate or GEDCPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientationMeet all health requirements including TB including all required immunizationsPass background check and random drug tests
