JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC EM or BC IM/FM
- Licenses: Active LA License, LA DEA and CS
- DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CS required
- Certifications: PALS, ATLS, ACLS
- Experience: 2 years in emergency medicine required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED
- Manage an average of 38 patients per day with support from NPPA staff
- Work 12-hour day shifts from 6a to 6p
- Supervise and collaborate with NPPA in Fast Track
- Maintain active Louisiana medical license, DEA, and CDS along with required certifications (PALS, ATLS, ACLS)
