Full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) A full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school located in Elizabeth, CO. This contract role offers approximately 37.5 hours per week during the normal school year (NSY), serving a caseload of around 40 students across grades K‑8, with a primary focus on elementary students. Key Responsibilities Provide speech and language assessments, interventions, and support for students in grades K through 8. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and documentation according to school policies. Participate in meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, when necessary. Desired Qualifications Valid certification or licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist. Experience working within school settings, particularly with elementary‑aged children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students efficiently.
