Financial Solutions Advisor - Central Long Island Market ( Bilingual Spanish Required)

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds. Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products. Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended. Schedule Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays. Required Qualifications Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; passing score on missing series within 60 days if applicable. At least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services. At least one year experience in the financial services or sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Sets and accomplishes goals, builds and nurtures strong relationships, collaborates effectively, communicates confidently, and navigates complexity in a fast‑paced environment. Thoroughly incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies for clients. Desired Qualifications At least three years’ experience in the financial services or sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). Obtained insurance licenses. Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
