Mercedes-Benz of North Haven is looking for a motivated automotive client advisor to join our growing team. We offer one of the most diverse inventories in the area — including an extensive selection of quality pre-owned vehicles, a strong lineup of new Mercedes-Benz cars and SUVs, and a full range of new Sprinter vans. This creates exceptional opportunity for you to earn across multiple product segments and customer types. New team members start with a paid training period to learn our products, process, and systems before ramping into full production. What You'll Do:

Assist clients in selecting and leasing or purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles
Present and demonstrate new Mercedes-Benz cars, SUVs, and Sprinter vans
Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience from initial contact to delivery
Build and maintain a strong client base through follow-up and referrals
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and current incentives
Work leads from showroom traffic, phone inquiries, and internet opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly sales and CSI objectives

What We're Looking For:

Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
