Certifications: BLS required

Must-Have:

• Previous charge experience preferred
• Required community hospital experience
• Required experience with specific surgical procedures

Description: Call is around 4-6 times in a 6-week schedule. Weekend call is included in the 4-6 calls. The facility is an acute care hospital with a total of 392 staffed beds. Any color scrub is acceptable. Charting will be done using Meditech. Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. All travelers are required to commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. A valid state license must be in hand prior to starting. References are required and must cover 1 year of experience in the last 3 years. Candidates must disclose any license or background hits upfront. No open license hits will be approved. Candidates must provide proof of specific certifications required for this assignment.
