• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, ensuring messages are taken accurately and routed promptly.

• Answer a steady flow of inbound calls while maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor.

• Oversee front desk activities, including monitoring the reception area and supporting day-to-day office needs.

• Provide administrative assistance such as basic data entry, message handling, and general clerical support.

• Maintain clear communication with internal staff to help coordinate visitor arrivals and call transfers.

• Support a part-time schedule while consistently delivering reliable front office coverage.

• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk support role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line or switchboard phone system with confidence.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner.
