Procedure Scheduling Medical Assistant-Certified Schedule
Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 Requirements
- WA MA-C license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year MA experience in an adult outpatient clinic
- Experience with EPIC charting system Roles & Responsibilities
- Obtain vital signs, height/weight, and hearing screen
- Perform 12-lead EKG/ECG and pulse oximetry
- Record patient history, medications, and allergies; review lab tests
- Assist with procedure and appointment scheduling
- Conduct insurance verification and telephone triage Compliance / Notes
- Current WA MA-C license and BLS required at submission/onboarding
- Additional compliance items may be requested during the hiring process
