ServiceNow Delivery Specialist

To support the delivery and adoption of ServiceNow solutions for federal customers, the full-time ServiceNow Delivery Specialist will manage requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Support the delivery, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions while coordinating with customers and technical teams Develop and execute testing activities, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system readiness Facilitate customer meetings and support change management and training efforts to enhance user adoption Required qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or platform operations ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Experience in writing and managing user stories and requirements Proficiency in performing system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing Understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality and configuration components
