Serving two primary markets - passenger vehicle and commercial truck - Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. Job Duties and Responsibilities Setup and Maintenance of all part numbers in MRP system including but not limited to BOM's, Routings, Costs, Standards,Laborand Overhead. Responsible for quoting of all new parts and Engineering changes within deadlines. Maintenance and updating of all ECN's/PLMrequests. Audit for proper cycle times,machineandlabor. Lead team feasibility studies for new parts/this includes material quotes, working with engineering to get tooling quotes, all while using the current overhead standards in the system. Setup for all Sample and PPAP parts in MRP.Entering of Manufacturing build requirements and product process flow functionality of MRP system and interaction of various processes. Prepare estimates of new or proposed product costs. Month end quoting reports. Perform anyadditionalduties assigned by the manager to support departmental or organizational needs.
