Overview
Make an Impact as a Managing Consultant, Deploy is an execution-oriented, client-facing competency that applies proven program management, change capabilities, and domain expertise to partner with clients and drive measurable value by:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders to influence decisions and maximize value realization
Deploy is a suite of consulting solutions designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for execution support, with a dual mission: deployment and value realization over the entire lifetime of major assets. Value realization is a complex task, and Deploy helps de-risk the entire client/asset journey—from implementation to adoption, usage, and product evolution—through expert execution support that complements traditional Advisors capabilities.
As a Managing Consultant, you will lead complex programs and/or multiple engagements independently, providing direction and leadership across a portfolio of work. You will drive efficient and effective execution of a broad range of activities by establishing clear governance, defining team structures, and aligning stakeholders to deliver expected business outcomes.
You will:
• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic client objectives
• Own governance, execution planning, and delivery tracking across complex initiatives
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, manage escalations, and ensure timely decision-making
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and program outcomes
• Ensure delivery translates into measurable value realization and sustainable business impact
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand engagements and support proposal development All About You
• Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques
• 6+ years of Project Management experience
• Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies
• Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects and/or engagements with third parties
• Experience managing key client relationships
• Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
• Ability to provide perspective on industry and marketplace
• Logical, structured thinking
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs
• Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis Preferred qualifications
• Exposure to payments ecosystem including issuing, acquiring, or acceptance solutions, with preference for candidates with hands-on acquiring experience (e.g., merchant acquiring, payment gateways, POS solutions, or acceptance networks)
• Experience leading development and implementation of solutions and measuring impact on clients' business
• Have completed or interested in pursuing recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Knowledge of Project Management tools
• Exposure to payments and/or retail banking or merchants
• Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm
• MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required) Corporate Security Responsibility
