Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to provide direct patient care, support clinical operations, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Nurse will assess patient conditions, administer treatments, monitor progress, and educate patients and their families regarding healthcare plans and recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document medical histories.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions to physicians and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and diagnostic tests.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care when required.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and infection control standards.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing), General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), or equivalent nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing license/registration with the appropriate regulatory authority.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical nursing practices, patient assessment techniques, and healthcare regulations.

• Specialty certifications relevant to the clinical area (ICU, ER, Oncology, Pediatrics, etc.)
