MRI Technologist

Role Overview: An MRI Technologist produces high-resolution diagnostic images with precision, safety, and compassion, ensuring patient comfort and care during scans. Key Responsibilities: Operate MRI scanners across various protocols, evaluate image quality, ensure MRI safety standards, manage workflows independently, perform routine quality checks, and maintain equipment. Provide empathetic patient care through proper positioning, clear communication, and calming presence. Support and mentor new staff and students to uphold clinical standards. Qualifications & Skills: ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification, valid state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, relevant educational background, and experience in a high-volume MRI setting preferred. Proficiency in PACS/software, contrast administration, safety protocols, and strong communication skills are essential. Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and foster a collaborative environment.
