Minimum Qualifications American Concrete Institute (ACI) Field Technician Level I Certification Practical knowledge of the International Code Council (ICC) Reinforced Concrete Certification Combination of certifications in ICC’s and/or AWS-CWI and/or ASNT (UT-MT-PT) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), 10‑Hour Certification. A current and valid driver's license that will allow insurance through the company insurance provider. Preferred Qualifications ICC Reinforced Concrete ICC Structural Masonry ICC Structural Welding ICC Structural Steel & Bolting

Post Tension Institute (PTI) Level II or higher certification Pertinent National Institute for Certification of Engineering Technologies (NICET) certifications Exhibit excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and/or within Team environments. Duties and Responsibilities Reinforced Concrete/Grout/Mortar inspection and testing Reinforcement inspection for compliance with project documents Testing for slump, air content, unit weight, temperature Molding of compressive strength specimens – Core drilling Spray‑Applied Fire Resistive Material (SFRM) inspection and testing Verifying suitable substrate Testing for applied thickness, material density, and bond Special Foundations Monitoring installation of deep foundations (e.g., piles, caissons, etc.) Monitoring ground improvement applications (e.g., aggregate piers, compaction grouting, etc.) Observation and documentation of load testing Post‑tension concrete inspection and testing Check for proper tendon layout Verify lift‑off pressures and record elongations Monitoring for proper concrete placement techniques Bolting & Structural Steel inspection and testing Inspection of bolted connections and steel framing joint details Steel and material size and type verification Soil/Aggregate inspection and testing Testing density/compaction Observing proofrolling Verifying proper moisture content Checking bearing capacity for foundation support Excavation quantification Education & Qualifications High school diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree Preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
