Responsibilities:

• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace throughout the shift.
• Assist in inventory management and food ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Adapt to menu changes and seasonal offerings as required.
• Engage with customers and provide exceptional service when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a breakfast or diner setting.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
