PURPOSE : Work and execute all aspects of production, offer consistent and friendly customer services, and provide support to all areas of the business's production.

General Overview of Responsibilities:

CAPABILITIES

• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and follow-through
• Arrive on time and ready to work (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Working knowledge of office technology helpful- computers, etc
• Ability to learn and accept feedback, positive and corrective
• Be very organized and have excellent time management skill
• Manage and lead a team of installers

Growth Potential:
The production coordinator who can effectively lead and manage people will advance to Production Manager, and potentially General Manager.

Overview of primary tasks and activities needed in this role:

• Shop Organization & Stocking
• Material Inventory System
• Equipment Inventory System
• Purchasing Materials
• Staging Materials
• Safety Equipment Inspections
• Assist colleagues: Owners, Sales, and Installers.
