Physical Therapist – Acute Care - Fulltime

Position Overview:

• Providing physical therapy to patients with complex medical conditions, including post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, and medical-surgical cases.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary for effective rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques, home exercise programs, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
