Partner with outstanding roofing entrepreneurs, provide them with the financial backing, resources and infrastructure to accelerate growth, and preserve the culture and reputation that made those businesses successful in the first place. For a senior project manager, this creates a unique opportunity. You'll be running larger, more complex commercial work than most independent contractors can put in front of you, with experienced leadership above you, real resources behind you, and a genuine route into operations leadership as the platform expands. Alongside a competitive salary and bonus structure, you'll: Be part of a business with significant financial backing and aggressive growth plans Run high-value commercial projects with the manpower, equipment and support to deliver them properly Influence how projects are planned, staffed and executed rather than inheriting decisions Mentor and develop junior PMs and coordinators as the team grows Have a clear path toward senior operations leadership as the platform scales Join a company that continues to invest heavily in people and technology The role: You’ll take full ownership of commercial roofing projects from buyout through closeout, working out of Woodstock and supporting growth markets across Georgia and the Southeast. You’ll manage budgets, schedules and margin performance, run submittals, procurement and subcontractor buyout, coordinate crews and field leadership, control change orders, and keep safety and quality standards where they need to be. The role also carries significant exposure to customers, general contractors, suppliers and subcontractors, allowing you to build the relationships that protect delivery today and win repeat work tomorrow. What you'll bring: 6+ years of commercial roofing project management experience Strong working knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM and modified bitumen systems, including reroof and tear-off Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and on margin Confidence managing subcontractors, field crews and GC relationships Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Excel
