Position Summary Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care. Practicing at a comfortable pace while learning to work efficiently and effectively with a flexible schedule that allows 8 hr. and 10 hr. shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cycles. Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies. Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed. Stay abreast with latest developments and techniques in the dental field. Exude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other Dentists, office managers, and other staff members. Performs miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned. Qualifications DDS/DMD license. Active CPR Certification is required.
