Committed to providing exceptional service, the full-time Member Advocate will support members by answering inquiries and explaining medical and dental packages in a remote environment, with a structured training program lasting approximately 10-12 weeks. Key responsibilities: Assist members with their questions and concerns, ensuring a positive experience Engage in ongoing learning and development to enhance knowledge of the health insurance industry Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced service center environment Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications Must be located in the Eastern Standard Time zone
