Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure as a School Social Worker
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting highly preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and accurate case documentation
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students in need of social, emotional, or behavioral support
• Provide individual and group counseling for students facing academic or personal challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administration to create a positive learning environment
• Serve as a liaison between school, families, and community agencies to coordinate necessary services
• Support crisis intervention and prevention programs within the school
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and complete required reports in a timely manner
