We are seeking motivated and dependable Seasonal Grounds & Landscape Crew Members to help maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and safety of our property. This role is essential in ensuring our outdoor spaces from gardens to pool areas reflect the high standards of our resort.Perform daily groundskeeping tasks, including trash removal and general property cleanupMaintain pool areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal for guestsAssist with garden operations, including tilling, row garden upkeep, and seasonal preparationMaintain parking areas, walkways, and common outdoor spacesIdentify and remove weeds throughout landscaped and hardscape areasSupport installation and upkeep of landscape beds, including mulching and plantingPerform pruning, trimming, and seasonal cutbacks of plants and shrubsAssist with general landscaping projects and special property needs as assignedOversee proper irrigation and sprinkler system managementQualifications:Ability to work outdoors in coastal weather conditions, including sun, wind, and varying temperaturesStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrior landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance experience preferredAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standingSchedule:Seasonal position with flexible schedulingWork Environment:Beautiful oceanfront resort setting with exposure to outdoor elements and landscaping equipmentAdditional Requirements:Reliable transportationPositive attitude and willingness to support team needs across the propertyEmployees must fulfill their performance standards for this position and comply with policies, rules and procedures of the Hotel, including those set out in the Employee Handbook or otherwise communicated (verbally or in writing) to employees.
