Compensation Base salary range $41,800 - $53,530 (may vary by geography, experience, education/training). Uncapped commission potential ranging from $20,000 to $100,000, enabling top earners to reach $100,000+. Salary and commission depend on meeting or exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. You’ll close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. Provide coaching and mentoring to new team members as needed, staying tech‑savvy. Engage existing customers daily using provided scheduled appointments for warm prospects. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and achieve sales targets. Qualifications 1+ years of commission‑based outside sales experience (highly preferred).
