Director of Sales - US, West

For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Sales - US West to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Technical Services environment. Location: Los Angeles, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $290,000 – $350,000 annually Responsibilities Develop a growth strategy for your book of business with sales and services leadership Represent your book of business as an internal and external figurehead Cultivate senior-level contacts to advance enterprise partnerships Act as a front-line manager to coach team members during market interactions Implement account-based strategies to enhance client partnerships and cross-sell products Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare quarterly forecasts Leverage a data-driven approach to analyze sales metrics and performance Support new product go-to-market execution and gather customer feedback Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Business, or Marketing 8+ years of ad tech/media sales experience Proven success managing high-performing teams and hitting revenue targets Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to excel in fast-paced environments In-depth knowledge of programmatic and the SSP landscape Familiarity with 1p data, CTV, and retail media is advantageous Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Plans Flexible Paid Time Off 401k with employer match Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
