Healthcare Operations Manager

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes your personal and professional growth. Responsibilities Build and maintain patient relationships, continuously improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver optimal patient care and support team development. Ensure the clinic is fully operational on opening days, managing financial performance, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring. Operate the clinic autonomously while receiving guidance and support from the director, regional peers, and the wider company. Promote a culture of shared values, rewarding behaviors that align with DaVita’s mission and fostering professional growth for yourself and your team. Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards. Maintain availability when the clinic is open to address clinical or operational needs. Qualifications Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience, at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire or position change). Collaboration skills; daily work with clinical and financial teams to achieve business objectives. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
