Are you passionate about social media and storytelling? As our Global Social Media Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in shaping Gallagher’s global presence across LinkedIn and Facebook. You’ll collaborate with regional teams to create engaging, high-quality content that connects with audiences worldwide, drives meaningful engagement, and strengthens our brand.
- Bring our brand to life by creating and coordinating impactful social media content that resonates globally and locally.
- Collaborate across regions to ensure content is tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design with purpose using Canva to craft visually compelling posts, carousels, animations, and short-form videos.
- Engage communities by overseeing timely responses and fostering meaningful interactions across platforms.
- Drive insights by consolidating social media performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Champion innovation by staying ahead of trends and piloting new formats, tools, and channels.
- Ensure alignment with Gallagher’s global brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and governance policies.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in social media coordination roles.
- Proficient in Canva, with a strong visual eye for design and brand consistency.
- Understands social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, especially for B2B audiences.
- Thrives in collaborative environments, working across regions, time zones, and teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders and audiences.
- Skilled in analytics, interpreting performance data to drive actionable insights.
- Brings creativity and organization, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
