PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a highly automated distribution facility to find an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who is ready to lead a skilled maintenance team and drive operational excellence. About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor , you'll oversee facility maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs, and repairs for critical building systems and material handling equipment. Your leadership will help minimize downtime, maximize efficiency, and ensure a safe, productive environment for the entire operation.

Location: Moreno Valley, CA | Pay: $43-$48/hour | Schedule: 1pm - 11:30pm, Wednesday-Saturday

What You'll Do
Maintenance & Operations Leadership

• Oversee maintenance activities for facility systems, operating equipment, and material handling equipment.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time and to standard.
• Drive rapid response and resolution of critical equipment downtime issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Team Development

• Train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Ensure team members possess the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

Systems & Vendor Management

• Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and optimize performance.
• Coordinate construction, repair, and facility improvement projects with outside vendors.
• Verify quality workmanship and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage maintenance parts and supply inventories while building strong supplier relationships.

Safety & Compliance

• Partner closely with safety teams to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local codes, and facility standards.
• Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements, including pest control, waste management, fire systems, landscaping, and other facility services.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of maintenance experience in a large distribution center and/or manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate schematic diagrams.
• Experience utilizing CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Understanding of state and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dematic Equipment
• Experience with highly automated distribution or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of 5S methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Previous experience managing maintenance inventory and vendor relationships.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $48.00 per hour
