Machine Maintenance Technician

ProAmpac is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to keep our flexible packaging production lines running safely and efficiently. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and support continuous improvement projects. You’ll interpret schematics and manuals, document work in maintenance systems, and partner closely with production and quality teams. Working in a safety-first, collaborative culture, you’ll help drive reliability, reduce downtime, and support innovative, sustainable packaging solutions for global customers.
