Customer Service Representative Remote, AL | Full-Time | $16.00/hour | Paid Training Pay includes $16.00 base and monthly bonus eligibility. ***You must live in Alabama to be eligible for this position.*** Help customers solve problems that need a human touch. We’re hiring Customer Service & Solutions Advisors to support customers for a leading telecommunications provider. Customers may use automated or AI-assisted support before reaching you, so you’ll focus on conversations that require problem-solving, empathy, judgment, and personalized solutions . Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, technical support, telecommunications, or other customer-facing roles can provide valuable transferable skills.
