Senior Associate, Ecosystem Engagement

Senior Associate, Ecosystem Engagement Summit Financial is seeking a highly organized, analytical Senior Associate to support the Ecosystem Engagement team. This individual will provide operational, analytical, and project management support across Summit’s growing network of partner firms, helping ensure seamless execution of key initiatives, reporting, and partner engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone with experience in consulting, finance, operations, or wealth management who enjoys managing multiple priorities, working cross-functionally, and helping drive execution in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support the Ecosystem Engagement Vice President and Executive Vice President in managing relationships across Summit’s partner firms through regular communication, meeting coordination, follow-up on key initiatives, and day-to-day operational execution. Build and maintain a deep understanding of Summit’s operational model, capabilities, value-added services, and strategic initiatives. Coordinate quarterly business reviews, portfolio reporting, transaction closings, onboarding activities, and other recurring partner engagement initiatives. Prepare presentations, dashboards, financial analyses, and management reporting to support internal leadership and partner firms. Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and all other Summit Departments to gather information, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure timely execution. Track strategic and operational initiatives across partner firms, maintain reporting tools and documentation, identify process improvements, and help implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, operations, private equity, wealth management, investment banking, or a related analytical role. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience preparing presentations, financial analyses, and management reporting for senior stakeholders. Highly collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Experience working with RIAs, wealth management firms, professional services organizations, or private equity-backed businesses is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Summit Financial
