About Pointer Express LLC

Pointer Express is a veteran-owned Delivery Service Partner (DSP) serving Eastern New York and Vermont since 2023. We offer a team-focused workplace with rural and city routes. Our terminal is 1159 County Route 24, Granville, NY 12832 .

Pay & Benefits

• $23–$25.50/hr with performance and rescue bonuses
• $50/week training bonus per person trained
• $100/week bonus for 1,000 packages delivered
• $25–$50/week rescue bonus
• Opportunities to earn $1,040–$1,500/week
• Weekly pay, PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k)
• Company vehicle and uniform provided
• Time-and-a-half on day 5 and 6

Schedule

• Full-time: 4 days/week
• Part-time: 1–3 days/week
• Start at 10:00 AM ; work until deliveries are complete
• Earliest Start Time in the area
• Friday–Monday options available
• Saturday availability strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Complete package delivery routes on time
• Safely drive and inspect company vans
• Follow traffic laws and safety rules
• Use a smartphone for GPS, scanning, timekeeping, and communication
• Lift, carry, bend, walk, and climb stairs throughout the day

Requirements

• 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid state driver’s license; no CDL required
• Handle packages up to 50 lbs and work in all weather
• Driving or hands-on work experience preferred
• Must be willing to submit to employer-paid MVR/background checks, a 4-panel drug test, and DOT physical
