This position is located in Washington, DC and requires an Active TS/SCI with polygraph to be considered. Key responsibilities include:Proficient in financial management information technology operations solutions, including cloud-based financial management software suites, services, applications, modules, and related disciplines (technology architecture, database, infrastructure, quality assurance, cybersecurity) to help agencies adopt financial management quality service solutionsProficient in the use of firm tools and enablers to support overall program objectives and goalsPerforms status reports, verifies work plan completeness, and communicates with team membersProvides analytical, operations, and/or program support; contributes to engagement work plan development and leads less complex engagement tasks within scope and budgetServes as a senior-level operations correspondent, contributing to work plan development, reaching engagement milestones, and completing project-specific tasks and client presentationsApplies business modeling, process modeling, and business design techniques to analyze client issues, diagnose problems, and develop deliverables using firm toolsDefines and analyzes sub-tasks of a project's business and technical needsDirects junior staff on project requirements and tasksRequired qualifications include:Minimum years experience: 6 years of relevant experience in financial management, technology consulting, or related operations/program support rolesMinimum education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplinePreferred technology expertise: Confluence, JIRA, CGI Momentum, IBM Cognos, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Python, Databricks, or equivalentCompensation & Benefits HighlightsTarget salary range: $131,250-$175,000Competitive salary and benefits package.Employee referral bonuses of up to $10,000 for eligible hires.Additional bonus opportunities for exceptional performance and contributions to business development and company growth.Health & WellnessComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents.Deductible reimbursement of up to $1,000 for employee-only coverage and up to $2,000 for family coverage upon meeting plan deductibles.Income Protection100% company-paid short-term disability insurance.100% company-paid long-term disability insurance.100% company-paid accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.Company-paid life insurance coverage up to $150,000.Retirement401(k) plan with immediate vesting upon eligibility.
