This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build on their Lemon Law experience while working on sophisticated litigation involving major automotive manufacturers and distributors. What You’ll Do: Handle Lemon Law and product warranty litigation from inception through resolution Manage litigation matters in state and federal courts Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other substantive legal documents Participate in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trial preparation Potentially gain exposure to appellate matters and complex warranty issues Why Consider This Opportunity?
