Opportunity Details

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurohospitalist to join our growing inpatient neurology team at Manatee Memorial Hospital and Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in sunny, Florida. Schedule: 7 on/7 off schedule
Location: Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch, Florida
Practice Setting: Inpatient neurology across two hospitals
Support/Care Team: Clinical nurse specialists, stroke coordinators, neurosurgeons, hospitalists, intensivists, and APP support
EMR: Cerner

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient neurohospitalist consultative services to Manatee Memorial Hospital and Lakewood Ranch Medical Center
Treat a broad spectrum of neurological disorders focusing on acute stroke care
Collaborate closely with neurology and multidisciplinary teams
Comprehensive onsite neurosurgery services available

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

About the Organization & Community Manatee Memorial Hospital Located in Bradenton, FL, serving the community for over 70 years. The 319-bed facility offers emergency care, cardiac and cardiovascular surgery, robotic-assisted surgery with da Vinci system, comprehensive orthopedic and oncology services, women's and children's care including Level II NICU, supported by over 800 medical staff.

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center Located in Lakewood Ranch, a 120-bed, Joint Commission-accredited acute care hospital serving a fast-growing community with emergency services, maternity care, breast health, cardiology, stroke care, robotic and general surgery programs, and 750+ affiliated physicians. A $120M expansion including a five-story ICU and progressive care tower that just opened in 2026.
