Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' unique psychological concerns and develop personalized treatment plans. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and active license in your state, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, is required. \n
- A minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in providing counseling or psychotherapy to clients facing emotional or psychological challenges. \n
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandated; candidates with a Master's degree will be preferred. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish rapport with clients swiftly, creating a safe space for open dialogue. \n
