Restaurant Dining Room Manager
Location: Columbus, OH
We are seeking a driven Restaurant Dining Room Manager to lead our front-of-house operations in Columbus, OH. Your Role in Our Success
As the Restaurant Dining Room Manager, you set the gold standard for service. You oversee every aspect of the guest experience from the moment they walk through the doors to their departure. You will spend more than 50% of your time performing core managerial duties, exercising independent judgment to implement operational solutions and resolve conflicts.
Your daily focus will include:
- Directing service flow to guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Coaching and counseling staff to achieve the highest service quality across all restaurant zones.
- Applying strategic skill in selecting, scheduling, and training new team members.
- Developing and mentoring staff to build a cohesive, high-performing team.
