This is a sell, upsell, and re-sell role for a competitive, confident professional who can exceed aggressive monthly sales targets.

Your Mission

• Sell memberships like a pro – Convert 50%+ of first-time guests into long-term members.

• Maximize every ticket – Upsell service enhancements and retail with ease.

• Follow up and close – Use calls, texts, and emails to capture every missed opportunity.

• Crush the leaderboard – Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.

• Own the front desk as your sales floor – Every interaction is a chance to close.

You Are

• A hunter, not a gatherer – You go after the sale, not wait for it to come to you.

• Money-motivated – Commission lights a fire in you.

• Confident & persuasive – You know how to create urgency and overcome objections.

• Disciplined & results-driven – You track your numbers and hold yourself accountable.

• Experienced in high-volume sales – Hospitality, fitness, luxury retail, or spa sales preferred.
