Pay & Earning Potential
- Earn commission on all training sessions rendered (based on experience and certifications) - earn up to $30 per session, and more!
- Paid onboarding and training - earn $15/hour for all non-session hours
- Proven process for conducting Fitness Consultations and building your client base from Day 1
- Pathway to full-time income potential

What You’ll Do
- Coach members of all experience levels—first-timers to seasoned lifters
- Execute personalized 1-on-1 and small group training programs
- Build meaningful relationships that keep members motivated and consistent
- Track progress, celebrate wins, and help members believe in themselves
- Educate on movement, recovery, nutrition basics, and healthy habits
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment
- Collaborate with a team that pushes each other to be better every day
