Service Lead

Summary The Service Lead supports daily store operations and leads the client service team to deliver a luxury client experience. This role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met. The Service Lead reports to store management and helps maintain high standards of clienteling and in-store service. Responsibilities Lead and coach sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets. Deliver exceptional client service and clienteling, building long-term relationships with clients. Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and floor operations to ensure brand standards. Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with store policies. Requirements 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion or a related customer-facing environment. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience with strong coaching skills. Excellent communication, clienteling, and sales skills with a customer-first approach. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
