Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Baker City, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Operating Room (OR) nurse, located at a healthcare provider's facility, is responsible for providing specialized perioperative patient care in a dynamic surgical environment. The role involves supporting various surgical procedures with a focus on trauma, neurology, and orthopedics, adhering to safety and quality standards. Job Details Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ID License required. Education Requirements: Professional: Trinity Profile. Years of Experience: 3 years of OR experience required. Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts from 0645 to 1715, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Call coverage includes two to three 12-hour shifts per six-week schedule on Saturday and Sunday from 0700-1900 or 1900-0700, with additional holiday coverage on weekdays. Call shifts may extend up to 2 hours past scheduled hours; staff may be asked to stay until 1915 or 2115. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma, neuro, and orthopedic surgery. Additional Information: Must have trauma, neuro, and ortho experience. Call and on-call responsibilities are required, with potential for extended hours to support patient cases.
