- Creative Coordinator## •### @chattanoogafcPosted on 11/24/2025•Full-time## Job Description\*\*Position Summary\*\*The Creative Coordinator will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual content and providing general creative support that elevates the club's brand across all touchpoints. This role combines creative excellence with strategic thinking to deliver compelling designs and photography that connect with fans and drive engagement.Success in this position requires a creative thinker who can translate the energy and passion of our club into compelling visual designs. You should be someone who stays ahead of design trends, takes pride in pixel-perfect work and thrives in a collaborative environment. Most importantly, you should be excited about creating designs that connect with fans and elevate the club's brand across every platform.This position plays a critical role in fulfilling the Chattanooga FC’s purpose to build community through the world’s game. You will be expected and empowered to facilitate the success of CFC football initiatives and events, advancing the sport and creating memorable experiences for players and fans alike.**Essential Functions**● Conceptualize, design and deliver a wide range of brand and marketing materials for Chattanooga FC’s MLS NEXT Pro, MLS NEXT and Youth teams across social media, web, email and other platforms● Capture photo content at Chattanooga FC MLS NEXT Pro, MLS NEXT and CFC Youth matches and events, including but not limited to matchday experience, fan interaction, sponsorship assets and more ● Assist with the execution of team media days, product photoshoots and other special events as assigned● Assist with the execution of shot lists for all matches and special events● Maintain and organize all content captured during matches● Develop and maintain design templates, file structures and digital asset organization systems, ensuring all designs adhere to club brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across materials● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools and technologies to ensure designs are modern and relevant● Capture additional social media content as needed ● Manage incoming creative requests from stakeholders and club departments● Work closely with the CFC Digital team to brainstorm content ideas and improve visual storytelling● Assist with other duties needed to help drive the CFC Purpose, fulfill our Mission, foster our Vision\*\*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\*\*● High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred● 2+ years of professional graphic design experience. ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)● Photography / Videography experience required (sports photography preferred)● Creative portfolio demonstrating versatility across social media graphics, print materials, email marketing and website assets and photography.● Experience designing for social media platforms and understanding platform-specific requirements● Strong knowledge of brand development and maintaining visual consistency● Photography & videography editing skills, including experience with platforms like Canva, CapCut, or similar preferred● Experience creating motion graphics and animated content preferred● Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh, creative ideas● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines● Ability to foster strong relationships and build trust with others● Capability to represent the Club with professionalism, respect, and accountability● Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills for team information sharing ● Ability to analyze situations, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions● Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and challenges● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively● Commitment to continuous learning and skill development● A passion for soccer and sports industry experience preferred\*\*Licensing and Certifications\*\*● Possess and maintain a current and valid driver’s license\*\*Additional Requirements\*\*● Must have or be willing to complete SafeSport training within seven (7) days of start date● Must have or be willing to complete concussion training● Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship● Maintain legally required employment eligibility● Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred but not required**Physical Requirements***Medium* - lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 25 pounds frequently. Bending, stretching, and reaching requires. Some sitting and climbing, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended time. *Physical Environment:* This position is routinely exposed to external elements which include heat/cold, wet/humid, dry/arid and extreme weather conditions. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\*\*Supplemental Information\*\****Department:*** Creative***Work Schedule:*** Monday – Sunday, Hours will vary due to work assignment. Must be able to work flexible hours which will include extended days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overnights due to travel.
