Job Details Job Location: North Houston Home Health – TX Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $89,000.00 / year Work Overview We are looking for a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Field Supervisor who will supervise and support Home Health SLPAs and SLP‑CFs, ensuring high quality care is delivered in patients’ home environments. The Field Supervisor will build and manage caseloads, conduct patient evaluations and ensure goals are met in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for home health SLPAs and/or SLP‑CFs, offering guidance and support in clinical decision‑making, patient care and documentation. Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality care is being provided and offer mentorship. Monitor and evaluate SLPAs and/or SLP‑CFs’ progress in treating their caseloads, providing constructive feedback if necessary. Build and maintain caseloads for home health SLPAs and/or SLP‑CFs, ensuring an appropriate mix of patients to optimize productivity and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with the team to adjust caseloads based on therapist availability and patient needs. Ensure that caseload management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements and best practices. Conduct at least eight patient evaluations per week assessing patient needs and function to develop individualized treatment plans. Current and valid Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP) license in the state of Texas. At least two years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a home‑health or clinical setting.
