Radiology - MRI Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Pending State License accepted Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced Certification Must-Have: ARRT MR ARRT R Description:The MRI Tech will work in a small department with two scanners.The caseload per tech is approximately 12-20 exams daily.The position involves performing MRI scans on various patient demographics, including geriatric and obese patients.Weekend shifts are required, rotating approximately every 3rd or 4th Saturday.On-call duty will include one weeknight call and rotating weekend call.The ability to float within scope to meet facility needs may be required.The department utilizes Siemens Vida 3T and Siemens 1.5 scanners.It is important to have experience with various MRI techniques, including but not limited to: Abdomen Brain Chest Lumbar Pelvis Additional skills include preparation and/or administration of contrast media and image post-processing.The work environment is described as calm and friendly, with a team-oriented atmosphere.Candidates must complete all required pre-employment modules.The position requires compliance with all operational standards and protocols. #J-18808-Ljbffr
