SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Renders Occupational Therapy evaluations and treatment procedures and techniques appropriate to the needs of individual patient. Assesses, treats, and cares for patients of all ages.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist by the state of employment.
• BLS certification upon completion of orientation.
