Deli Manager

Wayne's Foods Plus is a small town family-owned grocery store since 1975. We have 3 locations in Danbury, Webster, and Luck Wisconsin.

We are looking for a positive and motivated team member to join our management team. This individual will help plan and manage our Deli Department in our Webster store to promote and achieve sales working with the Store Director to reach department goals. This is an opportunity to direct a great team of people and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Do you have the ability to manage department responsibilities and objectives? Candidates must be knowledgeable in inventory, ordering, interviewing, and hiring processes. Other responsibilities include team communication, task delegation, event coordination, merchandising, and the ability to lift (50+ lbs). We strive to grow our employees and their abilities within an environment that promotes our 6-5-3 and G.R.E.A.T. principles. Candidates must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary. We offer a competitive wage and benefit package for this full-time position.
