What You'll Do Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding orders, referrals, and customer inquiries Assist customers by phone, email, and in person when needed Accurately enter and review customer information within electronic medical record (EMR) systems Verify insurance information, authorizations, and documentation requirements Follow up with customers regarding missing or incomplete documentation Process and submit orders and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when appropriate Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and improve customer experience Maintain detailed records according to company policies and procedures Meet quality, productivity, and performance goals Qualifications Required 1+ year of customer service experience 1+ year in a call center or other high-volume customer-facing role (40+ calls per day) Experience using Microsoft Office applications Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously Basic computer proficiency Preferred Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience Bilingual skills Office-based customer service experience Experience working with insurance verification or healthcare referrals Schedule Choose From Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM Preference given to candidates available to work at least one weekend day. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
