A dedicated team member who’s committed to meeting your needs today and tomorrow.**On the leading edge:** We’re innovating with the latest tools and technology so we can react to market conditions quicker and help you get ahead.**Proven reliability:** We always ground our innovation in our deep experience and strong financial foundation, so we’re a partner you can trust.**What you’ll do:*** Generate residential mortgage applications for homebuyers in Montgomery, Bucks and Chester Counties, PA with a focus on low-to-moderate income homebuyers* Develop and enhance current Realtor and COI relationships to build application referral sources* Work with non-profits and participate in homebuyer education workshops in Bucks and Chester Counties, PA* Develop productive working relationship with the Doylestown Branch team and other referral sources across the Bank* Knowledge of PHFA, FHA, Conventional, VA and RD loan programs* Good written and verbal communication skills* High level of customer service skills* Keep abreast of industry changes and updates* Knowledge of regulations pertaining to residential mortgage originations such as, but not limited to, Fair Lending, Reg C, Reg Z* Minimum of 3 years residential mortgage loan origination experience* Bilingual in Spanish preferred**Technology Skills:*** Working knowledge of Microsoft – Word and Excel* Exposure to loan operating systems – Encompass a plusCustomers Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
